"I wanted to take a minute and tell you a little about me and my business. My name is Mike Lovelace and I live in Lufkin Texas. I am in the Kitchen Exhaust System Servicing Business. This is fire protection work for the commercial cooking environment (restaurants, hospitals, schools etc.) We have been in business for 17 years now. I have spent for the last 3 years trying to find someone dependable, knowledgeable and professional to help me design a website. I have found that many of the people claiming to be capable of designing a quality website can do no more than design a web page (which my 13 year old can do). Not one time I have found anyone that seemed interested in helping me build a website. I always had the feeling that you basically needed to know exactly what you wanted and how you wanted it to look. You may think that these are a couple of things that anyone should know if they are wanting to build a website, but actually its not that simple. When a person doesn't really have the understanding of how everything works with a website (from a functionality standpoint) it is sometimes hard to envision the end result. Sometimes folks are wanting your input from a professional point of view, some recommendations, ideas etc.

In all honesty I haven't any luck until I stumbled across your website. I have been put in contact with a lady named Jackie Dominguez. Now our site isn't finished just yet but it soon will be. I want you to know that she has been more help than you can imagine. She has given some great ideas and thoughts on what she thinks may or may not look good. What will work and what won't work. I know that's not her ultimate responsibility, but her input has been invaluable. These have been just a few of the things I've needed to help in getting this project going. Likewise Jackie has emailed daily checking on content etc. I have changed and added probably to the point that she is tired of me but not one time has she complained or been rude about any of it. Although I wouldn't know her if I passed her on the street you couldn't tell by her emails. She makes folks feel very comfortable and is more than happy to answer any silly question one might have. I know there are plenty of others behind the scenes that have contributed and its greatly appreciated. I feel that Jackie is a great asset to your company. The website is looking great and I believe it going to function equally as great. We are very excited about it. Your company has done everything and then some for me that was advertised and I appreciate it very much."
